We had our coffee roasting course with Voi Cafe. The right usage of TKM-SX 10 roasting machine was explained to Voi Roasters. Creating the right coffee profile, using the air valve, and setting the right fire were among the topics that we focused on during the training. During coffee roasting, we exchange information about not only roasted coffees but also green coffee and cupping.
